For each customer, you choose a suitable voice and provide the text, or you can use a ready-made template for the menu options, fault reports and out-of-hours messages. We’ll help you decide on the tone and word order.

You will receive the recording in the correct format for the switchboard you are installing, ready to upload. We will record any updates to opening hours or temporary service disruption notices using the same voice, to ensure consistency.

Who is this partner programme for?
For companies that install or manage telephone exchanges: telecom integrators, IT service providers, and managed service providers who deploy 3CX, Microsoft Teams, RingCentral, Asterisk, or their own VoIP solution. You provide the technology; we provide the professional voices to match.
What format will I receive the files in?
Ready for upload to your platform. We typically provide .wav (usually 8 kHz or 16 kHz, mono) for traditional systems and .mp3 where more suitable, at the correct volume. Let us know which system you use, and we will provide a file you can upload straight away.
Can I offer this under my own brand?
Yes. You can sell the phone voices as part of your own installation, delivering them to your client under your own name. We will remain your trusted supplier for the recordings, working behind the scenes. We discuss the specific arrangements when you sign up.
Do you work in multiple languages?
We work with native voice actors for Dutch, French, and English. We also record multilingual menus where the caller first selects their language. For a Belgian client, an NL/FR/EN menu is the most requested setup. We advise on the order and wording for each language.
How quickly can I deliver a recording to my client?
Once we have the text and voice choice, we record the message and deliver the upload-ready file as quickly as possible. For recurring situations, you can prepare a set of messages in advance. This ensures you have the correct file ready when changes are needed.
